Poison centre notification in Spain

Spain's appointed body sits, unusually, inside the Ministry of Justice: the National Institute of Toxicology and Forensic Sciences (INTCF), whose Toxicological Information Service answers the emergency calls. Notifications flow from the ECHA Submission portal — there is no national portal — in Spanish or English, free of charge.
The one scheduling constraint is confirmation of receipt: Spain is among the six member states where the mixture may only be placed on the market after the submission report shows the dossier received by INTCF, so build that buffer into launch timelines for the Spanish market.
