Poison centre notification in Spain

Spain's appointed body sits inside the Ministry of Justice: the National Institute of Toxicology and Forensic Sciences (INTCF), whose Toxicological Information Service answers the emergency calls. Notifications go through the ECHA Submission portal (there's no national portal) in Spanish or English, with no fee.
The one timing constraint is confirmation of receipt. Spain is among the six member states where the mixture may only be placed on the market after the submission report shows the dossier received by INTCF, so allow for that wait in a launch plan for the Spanish market.
