Slovenia states its position with unusual clarity on gov.si: information on hazardous chemical mixtures is submitted exclusively through the ECHA Submission portal, in Slovenian, with no fee, and the Chemicals Office of the Republic of Slovenia (under the Ministry of Health) is both appointed body and national helpdesk.
One national duty survives alongside the PCN: the separate reporting of chemicals into Slovenia's ISK web application under Article 35 of the national Chemicals Act. It is an inventory obligation independent of Annex VIII — completing one does not complete the other.
What to watch for in Slovenia
