Poland's appointed body is the Bureau for Chemical Substances in Łódź, and since 1 January 2021 new notifications of hazardous mixtures go through the ECHA Submission portal — the legacy national ELDIOM system stopped taking new notifications at the end of 2020, and pre-2021 ELDIOM notifications lost their validity by 1 January 2025 at the latest.
Polish is required for the dossier content — Poland is on the official-language-only list — but there is no national fee and no confirmation-of-receipt wait before placing the mixture on the Polish market. The Bureau maintains PCN guidance in Polish and an English CLP overview on gov.pl.

- No fee; market access on passed validation.
