Poison centre notification in Netherlands

The Netherlands routes PCN dossiers from the ECHA Submission portal to the National Poisons Information Centre (NVIC) at UMC Utrecht — since 1 January 2021 companies no longer notify NVIC directly. Dutch or English is accepted, there is no fee, and validation alone opens the market.
NVIC's product-notification information lives on the productnotificatie.nl portal (the Dutch spelling — older references to productnotification.nl point to the same NVIC/UMC Utrecht service). Compliance is enforced by the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) and the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT).
What to watch for in Netherlands

- Enforcement split between NVWA and ILT.
