Poison centre notification in Malta

Malta's appointed body is a consumer-protection regulator rather than a hospital: the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA) receives Article 45 information, while the medical poison-information service is provided by the Medicines and Poisons Information Service at Mater Dei Hospital.
Submissions go through the ECHA Submission portal in Maltese or English, with no fee and no confirmation-of-receipt requirement. MCCAA has historically operated transitional arrangements for legacy notifications by email with safety data sheets attached — for anything current, use the portal and treat the MCCAA REACH/CLP helpdesk as the point of contact.
