Hungary accepts PCN dossiers through the ECHA Submission portal but wraps two national requirements around them: the dossier content must be in Hungarian, and each notification carries a national fee — HUF 16,000 (roughly €40) per hazardous mixture or group submission, anchored in Decree 1/2009 EüM.
The fee workflow is unusual and easy to get wrong: you submit first, then transfer the fee to the appointed body — the National Center for Public Health and Pharmacy (NNGYK, the successor of NNK) — referencing the ECHA submission number, and send proof of payment to the NNGYK notification mailbox. Notifications without the fee are not considered complete.
