Poison centre notification in Greece

Greece splits the appointed-body role between the General Chemical State Laboratory (under the tax authority AADE) and the National Poison Information Centre at the P & A Kyriakou children's hospital in Athens. PCN dossiers go through the ECHA Submission portal, in Greek, with no national fee and no confirmation-of-receipt wait.

Detergents carry extra national paperwork in Greece: cleaning products classified as hazardous are additionally registered in the General Chemical State Laboratory's National Chemical Products Registry, and a parallel registration of cleaning products with the Poison Centre flows from the EU Detergents Regulation — both separate from the harmonised PCN.
