Croatia is a straightforward market for PCN purposes: dossiers go through the ECHA Submission portal, are accepted in Croatian or English, carry no national fee, and the product can be placed on the Croatian market as soon as automated validation passes.
One legacy obligation sits alongside Annex VIII: under the Croatian Chemicals Act, safety data sheets for chemicals placed on the Croatian market are also sent to the Toxicology Division of the Croatian Institute of Public Health — a separate national duty that a harmonised PCN does not replace.
